A gas stove manufacturer experienced issues with traditional coatings on grates, which peeled, discolored, or even rusted after prolonged exposure to high heat and cooking fumes. The client needed a coating that offered excellent heat resistance, adhesion, and anti-corrosion performance.

 

Product Details

Product Name:Silicone-Based High Temperature Resistant Matte Black Coating

Application Method:Spraying

Heat Resistance:Continuous resistance: 600℃; Peak resistance: 800℃

Drying Method:Bake at 280°C for 15 minutes

Finish:Matte black finish, oil-fume resistant, oxidation-resistant
